Pre-Order Discount Deadline. All orders must be received with payment in full by this date to receive discounted pricing. All other orders will receive Standard pricing. If any order is modified after the discount deadline, standard rates will apply.

Boothline Electric is the Electrical Service Provider for this event. From this secure site, you can determine how much power or labor you require and place your order directly. If you have questions or need assistance, please contact us at info@boothlineelectric.com.

1. A standard outlet is 120-volt power. Wattage required depends on the equipment being plugged in. Please see our Power Usage Guide to help you determine how much power you should order.
2. Outlets are placed in the back of the booth. For outlet special placement, please order Electrical Labor (installation and dismantle) and provide an Electrical Layout no later than one week prior to the event.
3. Each outlet includes one plug receptacle – power strips and extension cords can be rented from this order site, if required.
4. Outlets requiring 24-hour service are double list price.
5. Island Booths are required to order installation and dismantle labor and provide an Electrical Layout no later than one week prior to the event.
   
   

Electrical Labor
Electrical labor is required for the following:

1. Special placement of electrical outlet (other than standard back-of-booth location).
2. Orders that include 208-volt outlets or motor whips.
3. Island Booths (stand-alone booths).

Please include an Electrical Layout with your order or send to info@boothlineelectric.com no later than one week prior to the event.

Electrical labor will be billed at $160 per hour straight time and $320 per hour double time (double time applies to all labor performed other than Monday-Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm, Saturdays and Sundays).

The minimum order for labor installation is one hour and the minimum order for dismantle is one-half hour.

Install Electrical Labor - Straight Time (M-F, 8am-5pm):  $160 per worker per hour

Dismantle Electrical Labor - Straight Time (M-F, 8am-5pm):  $160 per worker per hour
Dismantle Electrical Labor - Double time (M-F, before 8am, after 5pm, Saturdays & Sundays):  $320 per worker per hour

1. Orders must be paid in full at time of submission.
2. We accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express for online payment. ACH payments are also accepted – please contact us at info@boothlineelectric.com for banking information.
3. Orders placed at the show site must be paid in full at the time of order.
