    Material Handling / Freight Information
    ALL ADVANCE FREIGHT MUST BE SHIPPED THROUGH BOOTHLINE ELECTRIC. ADVANCE FREIGHT CANNOT BE SENT DIRECTLY TO THE SHOW VENUE. THE VENUE CANNOT ACCEPT FREIGHT AND WILL REFUSE ANYTHING SHIPPED.

    PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS FOR ADVANCE FREIGHT AND OUTBOUND FREIGHT SERVICES.

    1. Order Advance Freight to Warehouse service from this order site. Click on the Freight & Material Handling tab on the upper left for options. Print out Advance Shipping labels from the order site and affix to your freight - note exhibitor name and booth number.

    2. Make arrangements for the carrier of your choice to ship to the Advance Warehouse address:

    3. Ship your freight after May 1 in order to arrive by the Advance Freight Deadline of June 5. Items received after this date may be subject to late fees -- please contact Boothline Electric at info@boothlineelectric.com to arrange late freight allowance.

    Your freight will be received and stored up to 30 days in advance of the event at the Advance Warehouse and will be delivered to your booth prior to the exhibitor installation scheduled period. Please plan to ship after May 1 so that your freight doesn't arrive prior to 30-day storage time. 

    Outbound Freight

    1. Make arrangements in advance for your carrier to pick up your freight from the show venue on Thursday, June 12 between 4-6pm.

    2. At the end of the event, pack up and label your materials and leave all items in your booth. Remove any other shipping labels from the boxes. 

    3. Complete a Material Handling Agreement (distributed onsite) and give to the Boothline Electric representative before you depart. Any freight without this form will be considered abandoned freight and will be subject to additional fees. 

    4. When your carrier arrives, Boothline Electric will direct your freight to the carrier vehicle.

    5. If your carrier does not come within the prescribed pick-up time (June 12 from 4pm-6pm), your freight will be given to Team Worldwide for shipment. Team Worldwide will contact you directly to arrange shipping and payment of shipping fees. Boothline Electric will charge an additional Return to Warehouse fee.

      Payment Policy

    1. Orders must be paid in full at time of submission.
    2. We accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express for online payment. ACH payments are also accepted – please contact us at info@boothlineelectric.com for banking information.
    3. Orders placed at the show site must be paid in full at the time of order.
